You might have worked at a startup, built something yourself, worked in consulting, investing or operations - or taken a completely different path.
Previous experience building, operating or starting something is a plus, but not a requirement. What matters most is evidence that you've taken initiative, figured difficult things out and made things happen.

Experience
We're primarily looking for someone early in their career — roughly 0–5 years of experience.
Location
We are based in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is a hands-on role, so we work together in person regularly, with flexibility to work remotely when it makes sense.
Tools
Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets and modern AI tools.
Timeline
Applications are open until September 7.
We review applications as they come in and may start speaking with candidates earlier. Ideally, we'd like someone to join us in September.
